Scheduled Services: For coaching sessions or other live virtual services, scheduling will occur within 3 to 5 business days based on availability.
 

Custom Services: Consultation and project-based services will begin with an initial discovery session, scheduled within 5 business days of purchase.
 

2. No Refund Policy

All transactions made through ReformationLeadership.com are final and non-refundable.
